Delayed or damaged deliveries

If the goods you ordered have not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrive damaged, please email us at:

orders@drawingafineline.com.

We will check with NZ Post or the courier company if you have made special delivery arrangements. If the goods have been lost or damaged in transit, we will send replacements.
